Una vida Holandesa en Mallorca

I wonder why I cannot find ANY kind of platform protesting against the fact that we (passengers) cannot bring >100 ml. water through customs. Since they forbid this the price of water in Palma airport has risen 60 c. I think it is a conspiracy of water/fluids sellers in the duty-free (which is also a lie, that it would be cheaper after costums) area. Apart from this I cannot recycle my plastic bottle and use 2 bottles every trip (return ticket), which is bad for the environment. Where/how can we start a protest committee? Where can I put my signature against the failing system??????
 
Another protest: since I lost my Spanish identitycard and drivers license I have a problem. 1. they do NOT give you a plastic licence after you lost it once and I am stuck with a filthy pink piece of tearing paper once more and 2. they decided they do not give europeans in Spain an identity card anymore. They gave me a A4, 80grs piece of paper (easy to forge, I scanned and printed it) which I have to carry to show I live here (mortgage, bank account, flying with discount).
Summary: I do not have any identity papers left in an easy format and am obliged to carry around my passport at all times (e.g. paying with creditcard at supermarkets). I REALLY HATE THESE NEW SPANISH LAWS. I want to protest against this: Anyone has Zapatero´s address?
