Wikipedia agrees with all the folders and information I read: "Researchers generally cite a
breech presentation frequency at term of 3-4%[1][2] "
But talking to women who have children/are late term pregnant and most of all, inquieries in my birth class (3 out of 9!!!) makes me believe this number is either false or breech presentations are increasingly more common lately. It is a consipracy! Don´t believe what they tell you....... And this even might be the reason for the increased violence and problems in our society as breech born children are no good (for your information, I was breech as well). HA!
It is getting heavy, the last days of pregnancy. In between sleeping max. 5 hours a night (caused by hormones made worse by worries about work, not having found a babyname yet, no creche yet etc), having to work (worse! having to finish lots of work before the baby pops out) and carrying that enormous belly I haven´t been very energetic. Still managed to go to yoga and spanish but starting to drop out on going out (drinking, the eating is fine;-) and the bags under my eyes are enormous. Also the stairs at my work are slowly killing me (the printer on my floor doesn´t work so I have to go up and down 1 floor for every piece of paper). So it was very nice that last weekend we went to Portals Vells, where I tested the new seals on my dry suit and floated for more than an hour in the water (it is just too cold to float so long in bikini). Nice to be weightless again!!!!! Officially there are two weeks to go until my due date..........
Congratulations of course to Remment and Bregje, whose son was born yesterday:-)!!!!!!!!! Cannot wait to see the baby, hope everything went smoothly......
For those who where expecting me to put belly pictures. Here´s one from a flattering angle with 21 weeks:-)
