Una vida Holandesa en Mallorca

It is stil hot. So we went to the sea again, this time a rocky Cala. En yes, here is the first bikini picture!!! Hahaha okay, but take it from me, I was actually in bikini. Swimming was okay now, only the next step, snorkling was too much because I could not compensate! When I tried to push air in my ear it hurt in my belly (diaphragm pushing down).... That is not promising for the dive I planned next month....
Oh and tonight, don´t forget to watch Spain-Germany at 20:45!!!!!!

Even though "beach" might be a bit much for the Cala where we went, the sand covered with Posidonia leafs, it was very good to get out on the beach, and in the water and sun again:-) I got in the water as often as I could in April/early May but it is not the same when the temperature is 36C (now) and the water nice and refreshing...... We took Lucas with us to hear the sea, we´ll wait a little bit until he is bigger to get him in the water (and sun, if there would have been a shaded entrance I might have taken him for a swim;-)
I also learned the lesson that even though I am impatient to start doing sports and carrying haevy things again, I am far from cured yet as I could barely maintain myself afloat because my belly (consistency pudding in the water) gave warning signals when employing the abdominals (now I know exactly which and where they are located) for a good stroke out of the bay........ So no bikini pictures yet;-)
